NLRB Upholds Company Social Media Policy.

In the National Law Review, Alexander Nestor wrote about the NLRB upholding an administrative law judge’s decision that a company’s social media policy did not unlawfully prohibit protected activity under the NLRA.  Those of you interested in the intersection of labor law and social media policies should read this article and decision.
